All orders received before 9.am Monday - Friday containing no chilled items will be dispatched the same day.All orders received before 9.am Monday - Thursday containing chilled items will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 9.am on a Thursday (chilled items) or 9.am on a Friday (non-chilled Items) a Saturday and a Sunday will be despatched on the Monday (excluding Bank Holidays where orders will be dispatch on a Tuesday).
A Saturday delivery is available where an additional cost of £16.00 will be added to our standard delivery charge. Orders need to be placed before 9.00am on the Friday. Deliveries are usually made between 7.00am and 1.00pm these times cannot be guaranteed during busy periods
It is important when receiving chilled goods that someone is available to receive the hamper and refrigerate the chilled or frozen items as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the condition of these items if they are returned to a depot overnight.
A signature is required on all deliveries. We cannot be held responsible for parcels not delivered or collected due to any incorrect delivery information given or if the recipient is out or away, or in the unlikely event your parcel is delayed through no fault of our own. If the recipient is unavailable Parcel Force will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour or the local post office. A card will be left informing the recipient a delivery was attempted and where to collect the parcel.
Although every effort is made to deliver your order on the day you request, sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to bad weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will not be held responsibleIf a hamper is damaged in transit to the recipient and fails to arrive, we will notify the customer and send out a replacement hamper as soon as possible or offer a full refund.
